Greetings!

I am doing analysis on the ways people vacation and I am hoping you can help me gather enough data by answering a few questions. Your input would be invaluable in building the model. The form below is brief and will only take about 3 minutes to complete. Please keep in mind that all four questions are necessary to gather sufficient data for the model.

Notes:

1. You don't need to have a Google account, so disregard the "sign in to Google" message. Just fill out the form and click 'Submit.'
2. The first question is required, but you don't have to provide your real name, if you don't feel comfortable doing so.
